In a recent claim for one of our crane clients, ECBM had successfully assisted our client in seeking additional insured status under a general liability insurance policy issued to one of their vendors. After a period of time defending our insured, the vendor’s insurance carrier filed a Declaratory Judgment action seeking to be relieved of their insurance coverage obligation to our client. ECBM recently assisted one of their transportation clients to avoid having to pay $500,000 deductible on two separate claims. Recently ECBM had a client who had problems with a prior insurance policy. The client was on their way to paying a $1million settlement under their self insured retention.
