Definition of Claim – many policies limit claims to only “written demands”, “negligence” or some other onerous qualifiers. Our policy broadens the definition of claim to cover any demand for damages on the uninsured – written or verbal – arising out of a wrongful act.
Spousal Estate – The competition fails to name the spouse and spousal estate as named insured. Our policy provides spousal coverage.
Fraud Prevention – Most policies exclude any claims arising from the allegation of fraud. Although our policy excludes fraud, it will provide defense costs resulting from such allegations until the matter is adjudicated. This is critical since a majority of suits are settled out of court.
Worldwide Coverage – The competition limits their coverage by adding a territory definition of the United States, Canada, and their possessions. Our territory is worldwide.
Limits – Most policies provide what we consider inadequate limits. We routinely offer limits up to five million dollars. More limits are available upon request.
