ECBM Announces Customer Service Award

"Customer Service Excellence of the Year Award"

Conshohocken, PA. – ECBM Insurance Brokers & Consultants announced today receipt of the "Customer Service Excellence of the Year Award" from the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as part of its’ 23rd annual Excellence Awards program. The award was presented to Charles Bernier, President & CEO of ECBM, by AIG’s Jeremy Johnson, the award sponsor, at a gala event held at the Hyatt Regency in Philadelphia.

"We are thrilled to receive this award from our friends at the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce," said Mr. Bernier. "It validates our hard work over the years building a strong customer-focused organization. We’ve always prided ourselves on our unique ability to deliver national-broker level service to our clients in a cost-efficient manner.
