I am writing this letter to recognize the employees that I have worked with at ECBM for the outstanding job they did in helping us resolve two outstanding insurance claims. In my mind, this effort was especially noteworthy due to the fact that these claims did not even occur on ECBM’s watch. A special thank you to these employees, who were in almost daily contact with our company’s claims managers in order to expedite resolution to these claims. Again, thank you for such an outstanding effort!
