We were recently involved in drafting, negotiating and finalizing a significant commercial office lease between Friday evening and Monday morning. The lease involved a number of complex insurance issues that had to be resolved within this short timeframe. We were grateful to be able to reach our client’s insurance agent at ECBM over the weekend and we were highly impressed that the agent even devoted significant time to conference calls, reviewing the applicable lease provisions, and providing critical advice we needed in order to help us complete the lease, a great result for our client. It is so helpful that ECBM has employees willing to go above and beyond, even working through weekends, for their clients!

I am writing this letter to recognize the employees that I have worked with at ECBM for the outstanding job they did in helping us resolve two outstanding insurance claims.
