Coverage
Non-Trucking Liability provides coverage that protects the Independent Contractor for third-party bodily injury and property damage when using the scheduled truck as a private passenger vehicle while not under dispatch.
- Travel by scheduled tractor between home, to the terminal and back home is covered.
- The Non-Trucking Liability coverage is a single-limit policy with a limit of $1 Million.
- Benefits for personal injury and uninsured motorist protection are provided in accordance with appropriate state statutes.
